Pleiades is joining forces with Enterprise Greece to bring a Greek delegation to one of the world’s biggest technology events. Pleiades members are invited to be part of it.

Web Summit Lisbon is the kind of event that puts you in the same room as the people shaping the next decade of technology, founders, investors, corporates, and ecosystem builders from over 150 countries. This November, Greece will have a dedicated presence there, and we want our community to be part of it.
As a co-organiser of the Greek National Pavilion alongside Enterprise Greece, the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Athens Startup Incubator, Pleiades is facilitating access for startups and innovation organisations in our ecosystem to join the delegation at a significantly subsidised rate.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Participation through the Greek National Pavilion covers access to the National Pavilion space and a Visitor Ticket to the full Web Summit exhibition, including the mobile app platform for scheduling meetings.
Startups that want a more prominent presence can also apply for an exhibitor slot in one of the event’s thematic islands (subject to Web Summit approval). Exhibitor participation costs are separate and borne by the company.
PARTICIPATION COST
Startups (up to €5M annual turnover · up to 6 years of operation)
€150 + VAT
Other businesses & ecosystem members (innovation ecosystem bodies, scale-ups, corporates)
€280 + VAT
These costs cover the entrance ticket only. Travel, accommodation, meals, and any exhibitor costs are not included.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
— Due to the Enterprise Greece subsidy, participation costs cannot be included in any co-financed programme.
— Applicants must have settled any outstanding financial obligations to Enterprise Greece before applying.
— Full payment (100% including VAT) is due within 7 calendar days of receiving the payment code from Enterprise Greece. Companies that haven’t paid by 26 October 2026 will not be accepted.
