The Remote Sensing and GeoAnalysis Unit at the Agricultural University of Athens (AUA) conducts research at the intersection of satellite technology, geographic analysis, and agricultural science. The Unit applies remote sensing data to land use monitoring, crop assessment, environmental change detection, and natural disaster risk management — delivering insights that support sustainable land management and rural development policy. As an Institutional member, AUA brings specialised geospatial and agri-environmental expertise to the Pleiades ecosystem.
